Ingredients

  • 100 gms of ELEF Truffle Stracciatella
  • Sourdough
  • Alphonso Mango
  • Arugula
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Candied pistachios or any roasted nuts of your choice

Preparation

  1. Toast a slice of sourdough bread (or any bread of your choice) until golden and crisp.
  2. Place a few fresh arugula leaves over the toasted bread.
  3. Slice fresh, juicy, and firm Alphonso mangoes—or any local, seasonal variety—into chunky slices.
  4. Layer the mango slices on top of the arugula.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of our lush, stringy Truffle Stracciatella cheese over the mango.
  6. Season with a pinch of chilli flakes and Himalayan pink salt.
  7. Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
  8. Garnish with candied pistachios or any roasted nuts of your choice for added crunch and flavour.
