Ingredients
- 100 gms of ELEF Truffle Stracciatella
- Sourdough
- Alphonso Mango
- Arugula
- Chilli Flakes
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Candied pistachios or any roasted nuts of your choice
Preparation
- Toast a slice of sourdough bread (or any bread of your choice) until golden and crisp.
- Place a few fresh arugula leaves over the toasted bread.
- Slice fresh, juicy, and firm Alphonso mangoes—or any local, seasonal variety—into chunky slices.
- Layer the mango slices on top of the arugula.
- Spoon a generous amount of our lush, stringy Truffle Stracciatella cheese over the mango.
- Season with a pinch of chilli flakes and Himalayan pink salt.
- Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
- Garnish with candied pistachios or any roasted nuts of your choice for added crunch and flavour.
