Our ‘Medallion’ goat milk Feta style cheese is made with farm fresh, indigenous goat milk. It’s hooped in cheese baskets, which lend the cheese it’s charecteristic mesh rind & beautiful open & creamy texture. We skilfully age our Medallion for a period of 5 months, which gives the cheese it’s complex herby flavour profile with a distinct lemony goat milk tang.
