Our head cheesemaker has learnt the traditional art of Mozzarella making from master cheesemakers in Campania, Italy. At our creamery in Mumbai, we imbibe these artisanal cheesemaking techniques to create a beautiful, hand stretched & layered Mozzarella. After hand stretching, this cheese is moulded into palm sized Mozzarella balls & immersed in a brine solution to preserve the taste and texture of this cheese.
This Cheese pairs very well with a sparkling wine like Prosecco or a fizzy red wine like a Lambrusco.
