Our breads and crackers are baked by Vivanda – Bakehouse & Chocolate Works, Eleftheria’s sister company, and thoughtfully crafted to pair beautifully with our cheeses.

One of our best-selling breads, the Jerusalem-style bagel is hand-rolled, dipped in date molasses, coated in toasted sesame seeds, and baked to a deep golden crust. Lightly crisp on the outside with a slightly chewy crumb, it has a rich, nutty flavour that pairs beautifully with cheese.

Known as ka’ak in parts of the Middle East, koulouri in Greece, and simit in Turkey, this family of sesame-crusted breads has been enjoyed across the region for generations.

Delicious with our Garlic & Parsley Fromage Blanc, Truffle Fromage Cheese Log, fresh cheeses, and cultured butters.
