Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, extra virgin olive oil, hot honey, chopped walnuts, black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Stir well.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C – until the tomatoes are softer & blister.
- Cut the baguette in half and lightly toast it with some extra virgin olive oil.
- Place the Brie between the roasted cherry tomatoes.
- Score the rind in crisscross pattern before baking.
- Drizzle some more hot honey over the Brie.
- Bake the Brie in the oven at 190°C for 10-15 minutes until it's soft and gooey.
Note: Keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking.
- Once the Brie cheese is baked to perfection, remove it from the oven.
