Ingredients

  • 140 gms of ELEF Gulmarg – Double Crème Brie
  • 100 gms of ELEF Hot Honey
  • 200 gms of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 gms of Chopped Garlic
  • 05 gms of Chopped Chives
  • 1 loaf of Baguette (or crusty rustic bread of your choice)
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dried Herbs
  • Black Pepper
  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, extra virgin olive oil, hot honey, chopped walnuts, black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Stir well.
  3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C – until the tomatoes are softer & blister.
  4. Cut the baguette in half and lightly toast it with some extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Place the Brie between the roasted cherry tomatoes.
  6. Score the rind in crisscross pattern before baking.
  7. Drizzle some more hot honey over the Brie.
  8. Bake the Brie in the oven at 190°C for 10-15 minutes until it's soft and gooey.

Note: Keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking.

  1. Once the Brie cheese is baked to perfection, remove it from the oven.
  2. Sprinkle with some black pepper, dried Italian herbs, and chili flakes.
  3. Finally, garnish with chopped chives.
  4. Cut the baguette into bite-sized portions and enjoy this delicious appetizer!
