ELEF Fromage Blanc (literally translates to white cheese in french) is a semi-lactic, pillowy, soft cheese made from farm fresh cow milk. This fresh Cheese has a harmonious blend of cream and acidity. With it’s chunky yet spreadable texture, Fromage Blanc is almost like a cross between Ricotta & cream cheese. Our Fromage Blanc is a perfect breakfast cheese, smear it on a crusty bread with black pepper, flaky salt & EVOO for a delicious & nutritious toast.

Serve this with Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco or Riesling.
