Nilah is our bold, artisanal blue cheese made from cow’s milk and aged for 4–5 months. Inspired by English Stilton, it has a rich, velvety texture with a delicate crumble. Deep, savoury blue notes are layered with hints of nuttiness, gentle spice, and a smooth, lingering finish.
A great gateway blue for those new to the category — and a favourite among longtime blue cheese lovers.
